Ghanaian actress and producer Lydia Forson has shared that Selassie Ibrahim’s comments denigrate the already failing Ghanaian movie industry.

She said this in response to the fellow actress comments that there are no full-time actresses in Ghana. Selassie Ibrahim shared that because Ghanaian actresses shoot movies once a while, they cannot be classified as full-time actresses.

To counter Selassie’s comments, Lydia Forson stated that she was a full-time actresses before she began other businesses.
